Week 16 is in the books, and other than a few struggles here and there to get the workouts in, I feel like it was a huge success. This week could prove to be a bit more tricky making time for everything.
This morning was a 2500 yard swim workout. I hadn't been in the pool since Thursday and it's funny how quickly I feel sloppy and out of sorts. Oh well. I kind of got into a rhythm by the end and am sure that tomorrow will be better. It's HARD getting up before 5am to get my swims in. Ugh!
