Start of Week 16 was yesterday!

Well, week 17 is in the books, and with only a few minor changes in schedule, I was able to get through all of my workouts!  I'm feeling stronger overall in the swim and on the run.  My biking has me a little worried.  I'm really, REALLY ready to get outside and start putting some miles in on the road.  The trainer and the spin bikes are just NOT the same.  Yesterday during my swim I think I made a major breakthrough.  I found that if I breath every fourth stroke I become a LOT more efficient and I can feel my speed increase tremendously.  That means one thing.  I'm not breathing correctly on my two stroke breathing.  I'd LOVE to make a change and only breathe every fourth stroke, but I'm afraid that 2100 yards of that would KILL me!  Haha!  I'll work on every third stroke and see if that works.  We'll see.
