R- Day 5

Good MORNING!!!!  Wow, 4:45 comes really early!  If I immediately get out of bed and start moving, it isn't so bad!  Got to the gym right as they were unlocking the doors.  Went in and wasted no time getting started.  They're keeping the pool quite warm which has its advantages and disadvantages.  Regardless, today was a speed day.  WU: 1x400 with last 25 of each 100 kicking.  MAIN:  8x100 easy 25, build 25, easy 25, hard 25.  I was able to maintain each 100 at between 1:20 and 1:30.  Rested 30 second between each and hit the next one.  Cool down: 6x50 (oops!)  It was supposed to be 6x25.  Meh.  This afternoon I have a 45 minute ride!  This week has felt pretty good overall.  My body is a little tired, but better than this time last year.
